Gaggia is a professional and consumer coffee machine manufacturer based in Milan, Italy, set up by Achille Gaggia in 1948.
It wasn’t until 1977 that Gaggia began producing coffee machines for the home, with the launch of the Baby Gaggia, which is still to this day a much loved model. Gaggia has expanded its product range and now includes steam cleaners, irons and other luxury kitchen products.
In 1999 Gaggia was bought by Saeco, a subsidiary of Philips, but still uses the much-loved and revered Gaggia name on its products. All Gaggia coffee machines are made in the factory in Robecco sul Naviglio where the love for tradition and state-of-the-art technology meet to create quality products.
